Start on site in Berlin Mitte. Following a thorough design process Pott Architects are delighted to announce the start of construction works for the Opernlofts.

A green ensemble of garden maisonettes, light lofts and generous penthouses will be created on the 6.000 square meters of the historical buildings. Two courtyards, set in between the six storey main building and its side wings will form a green oasis and serve as a private retreat from the lively urban context.
