As an evolution of “Datscha” design prototypes for a mini hotel have been integrated into a private residential park with marina, sports-facilities and golf-course. Individual units are of fully integrated design and prefabricated with yacht building technology.

From the combination of these solutions with local traditions of timber carving and blockhouse design evolves a new type of Datscha.
