The future inhabitants of the Oreha Sphera apartments, which lie within the Bauhaus and UNESCO World Heritage quarter of Tel Aviv, will live in a green oasis. Here, Pott Architects have designed a transparent, undulating façade that seems to float on a garden shelf, strewn with plants to provide shade and cool the building‘s exterior.
An innovative vertical greenery system continues through the entrance area and into the building’s central atrium, providing a fresh natural climate to the entire ensemble. Spectacular views across the city are enabled by a surrounding glass façade which dematerialists the boundary between interior and exterior spaces.
